Removing Upper Front Roof Frame

Information:  Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

Installation position of upper front roof frame 

1. Roughly cut out upper and lower part of roof frame -arrows-  .

   Removing upper front roof frame 

2. Drill through spotwelds using a spotweld drill 

   Information:  Drill out spotwelds A  through two plate thicknesses.

   1. 2.1. Drill through spotwelds in area -A-  using a spotweld drill 
   2. 2.2. Heat bonding areas.
   3. 2.3. Remove remaining pieces -1-  of top half of roof frame.

   1. 3.1. Remove remaining pieces of bottom half of roof frame -2-  .
