Installing dashboard

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following  :

1. Engage tabs -1-  for the dashboard -2-  in brackets -3-  on the body.
2. Check that the dashboard is fitted correctly at the contact surfaces.
3. The electric lines must be routed correctly and must not be kinked or trapped.

   Dashboard holder 

4. Tighten top fastening screws securing the dashboard to the bracket to the specified torque. Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ftlb.) 
5. Tighten bottom fastening screws securing the dashboard to the bracket to the specified torque. Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ftlb.) 
6. Tighten fastening screw securing airbag bracket to dashboard bracket to the specified torque. Tightening torque 4.5 Nm (3 ftlb.) 
7. Tighten fastening screws securing passenger's airbag to dashboard to the specified torque. Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) 
8. Tighten fastening screws securing lower air guide to bracket to the specified torque. Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1 ftlb.) 
9. Tighten fastening screws securing upper air guide to bracket to the specified torque. Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ftlb.)
