Installation position of side member reinforcement 

1. Remove side member reinforcement.

   Information:  Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

   1. 1.1. Drill out spotwelds using spotweld drill  .

      Removing side member reinforcement 

2. Heat bonding areas.
   1. 2.1. Pull down side member reinforcement in the inner B-pillar area -arrow A-  and remove it -arrows a-  .
