Removing Vacuum Pump

The vacuum pump -1-  is installed in the engine compartment, at the rear right in direction of travel.

Installation position of vacuum pump 

1. Remove protective plate -1-  .

   Protective plate 

   1. 1.1. Release and disconnect electric connector -2-  .

      Electric connector 

   2. 1.2. Unscrew fastening screws -3-  .

2. Pull vacuum hose -1-  off the vacuum pump connection piece.

3. Remove vacuum pump -1-  .

   Mounting for vacuum pump 

   1. 3.1. Loosen cable holder -2-  .
   2. 3.2. Unscrew fastening screws -3-  .
   3. 3.3. Carefully pull the vacuum pump -1-  off the engine.
4. If you are replacing the vacuum pump:  Convert holder -1-  on the vacuum pump.

   Mounting for holder 

   1. 4.1. Unscrew fastening screws -2-  and tighten on the new vacuum pump.
