Installation position of rear side member (section)

Information:  Cut completely through the rear side member (section) in the marked area.

Information:  Mark cut X  in accordance with the new part. Make sure to leave an overlap of approx. 3 cm with respect to the body.

1. Mark and make cut. Distance: 180 mm

   Removing rear side member (section)

   Information:  Drill out the connection point on one side only. Do not damage the plate underneath.

2. Drill out spotwelds using spotweld drill  .

3. Heat the marked bonding surfaces.
