Preparing Connection Areas Of The Body

Information: 

• Before final assembly, make sure you fully understand all the work steps involved and carry out a trial assembly without applying adhesive  .
• The bonding process can only be carried out reliably when a smooth and swift sequence of operations is guaranteed  .
• Do not begin bonding work until all materials and tools necessary for later repair work are available  .

1. Align the sealing surface and connections of the body.
2. De-burr connection points and prepare them for welding.
3. Prepare the marked areas for bonding and welding. Refer to WM 5X00IN SEAM SEALS .

   Red	Plug-welding/apply a full weld using inert gas without bonding
   Green	Resistance spot-welding
   Yellow	Bonding + resistance spot-welding
