Installing Dashboard Support

Information:  Check that the fixing clips are not bent or broken.

Check that all fixing clips are positioned fully and correctly.

Replace damaged or missing clips with new ones.

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following: 

1. When installing the support, check that the lines -1, 2-  are routed correctly.

   Installing support 

2. Tighten fastening nuts on the support at the A-pillar to the specified torque. Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 
3. Tighten fastening screw on the support at the A-pillar to the specified torque. Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 
4. Tighten fastening screws securing support to cardan tunnel to the specified torque. Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 
5. Tighten fastening screw securing support to body to the specified torque. Tightening torque 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 
6. Tighten fastening screws securing support to air conditioner to the specified torque.
7. Tighten fastening screws securing brackets to support to the specified torque. Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) 
8. Tighten fastening screw securing air guide to support to the specified torque. Tightening torque 1.5 Nm (1 ftlb.)
