Preparing Roof For Installation

  1. Prepare connection flanges in areas -A-  for bonding and welding.

    Preparing roof 

  2. Prepare bonding surfaces for applying structural adhesive -B-  . Refer to WM 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE 000.043.206.30 or WM 5X00IN WORKING WITH BODY STRUCTURAL ADHESIVE PAH.071.781.00 ..
  3. Clean bonding areas of support adhesive -C-  from inside using acetone.
