Installing Air Cleaner Housing

- Insert the air cleaner housing into the engine compartment at an angle from above. > Air cleaner housing
Air cleaner housing
- Guide the two retaining bolts on the underside into the take-up bores in the body -arrows-
. From the wheel housing, check to make sure that the blue rubber washers are present and make sure that the bolts are fitted properly.
Fastening bolts and rubber washers
- Tighten the fastening screw -arrow-
on the air cleaner housing. > Tightening torque 10 (7.5 ftlb.) Nm

- Fit the cover -1-

Fitting air cleaner cover
- 5.1 Slide the cover down -A- .
- 5.2 The guides -4- on the cover must fit into the mountings -5- on the air cleaner housing.
- Fold the cover -1-
up towards the air cleaner housing -2-

Installing air cleaner cover
- Clip in the two upper fastening clamps -arrows-
on the air cleaner housing.
Fasting clamps
- Slide the intake port into the cover of the air cleaner housing.
Push the bolts fully into the mountings and turn them 180° > Securing connections on air cleaner .

- Insert the air guide into the air cleaner housing.
