Adjusting Connection Point For Tail Light

Information 

• Due to technical issues, it is not possible to provide a side panel with a tail light holder with hole pattern for repair work. In this case, the bore must be drilled afterwards. 

1. Mark center drill hole on the holder.

   1. 1.1. Mark drill hole.

      → Distance A: 57.8 mm → Distance B: 17.9 mm 

2. Mark drill holes on the holder.

   1. 2.1. Put spacing plate -1-  in position and align it. → Torque angle: 45° 
   2. 2.2. Mark the center of the holes with a marking tool.
3. Drill holes in the holder.

   1. 3.1. Drill the holes → Bore A: 8 mm 
   2. 3.2. Drill the hole. → Bore B: 20 mm 
   3. 3.3. File out the transitions between the holes.
4. Fit retainer plate.
