Installing Drive Plate
Information
- Clean the crankshaft flange before attaching the drive plate (remove corrosion/rust).
- Use a metal-polishing pad (e.g. Never Dull) for this.
- Be careful not to remove the bearing classification on the crankshaft flange when cleaning it. Write the bearing classification down on a separate sheet if necessary and place it in the service booklet.
