Crankshaft mount 

1. Crankshaft (stroke: 69 mm)
2. Straight pin, 6 x 20
3. Spring, 5 x 6.5
4. Thrust washer

   The grooves must be facing outwards.

   Grease with Optipit

5. Main bearing shell, upper

   Oil bearing surface of crankshaft with engine oil.

6. Main bearing shell, lower

   Oil bearing surface of crankshaft with engine oil.

7. Crankshaft sealing ring/replace 

   Oil sealing lip with Fuchs Renolin CH500

8. Rotor for hall sender (multi-pole sensor wheel)

arrow  Direction of travel (main bearing 1 is the first bearing in direction of travel against output)

Crankshaft classification 

1. Data matrix including honing classes 0 o 9
2. Serial number (matching number)
3. Item number
4. Change status
5. Honing class for bearing block of main bearings 1 to 4

   Classification using code 0 to 9

6. Color identification of crankshaft on flange to transmission: Color of main bearing

   Count direction against direction of travel

   Using main bearings in pairs with the same color coding

Classification of main bearing 

The main bearing classification sequence begins at main bearing 1

Overview of color code: 

R = red

G = yellow

B = blue

N = green
