Removing (Outer) Rear Wheel Housing

Remove rear side section. → 535555 REPLACING REAR SIDE SECTION - section on "Removing"
Remove outer side member (rear section). → 514555 REPLACING OUTER SIDE MEMBER - section on "Removing"
Loosen welded joints.

1. 3.1. Drill out spotwelds using Spotweld Drill .
2. 3.2. Grind down spotwelds in the area -A- .
Loosen welded joints.

1. 4.1. Grind down spotwelds from outside.
2. 4.2. Grind down MIG seam.
Drill out spotwelds.

Grind down MIG seams.

Heat up connection areas using a hot-air gun.

Remove (outer) rear wheel housing.
