Subsequent Work

Information 

• If the heating/fresh-air unit is replaced, the limit stops of the servo motors must be taught. 

1. Panamera Turbo:  Install cross panel.

   > WM, 508119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CROSS PANEL

2. Fill with coolant.

   > 193817 DRAINING AND FILLING COOLANT

3. Bleed the cooling system.

   > WM, 190101 CHECKING COOLING SYSTEM

4. Fill in refrigerant.

   > WM, 870317 DRAINING AND FILLING REFRIGERANT R134A , WM, 870317 DRAINING AND FILLING REFRIGERANT R1234YF

5. Install the cowl panel cover.

   > WM, 508119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CROSS PANEL

6. Install dashboard bracket.

   > WM, 516819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DASHBOARD BRACKET (MAIN BRACKET)

7. Install dashboard.

   > 701819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DASHBOARD

8. Install airbags.

   > 697819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING KNEE AIRBAG ON DRIVER'S SIDE

   > 697919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING KNEE AIRBAG ON PASSENGER'S SIDE

9. Connect ground strap for battery.

   > WM, 270619 REMOVING AND REINSTALLING BATTERY

10. Only if the heating/fresh-air unit was replaced: Teach servo motor limit stops.
    1. 10.1 > 9900 - PIWIS Tester 3  must now be connected.
    2. 10.2 Select "Air conditioning" control unit.
    3. 10.3 Select "Maintenance and repairs".
    4. 10.4 Select and start "Teach and check flap servo motors".
