Removing Rear Lock Upper Part

→ Secure the system to prevent it from being activated accidentally.

Information

When removing the upper part of the lock using a closing aid, first disconnect the plug connection for the power supply.
This prevents the closing aid motor from starting up while you are disconnecting the plug connection/control system.

Switch off ignition and remove remote control.
Unscrew screws -3- and detach upper part of rear lock -2- .

4.2 Disengage bowden cable -4- from rear lock upper part -2- .
