Removing Cable For Front Lid Lock

Unclip front lid lock cable -1- at front lock lower part.
1. 1.1 Release locking lug -2- on front lid lock cable -1- (-arrow A- ).
2. 1.2 Unclip front lid lock cable -1- at lower part of lock -arrow B- .

Disconnecting cable at lower part of lock
Disconnect front lid lock cable -1- at the release mechanism.
1. 2.1 Unclip guide tube at the release mechanism and swivel front lid lock cable -1- out.
2. 2.2 Guide front lid lock cable -1- out of the mounting.

Disconnecting cable at release mechanism
Unclip connection point for front lid lock cable/wing -3- from the holder -4- .

Unclipping connection point for cable/wing
Remove cable for front lid lock -1- .
1. 4.1 Press grommet -2- out of the firewall.
2. 4.2 Guide cable for front lid lock -1- towards the front lid lock and out of the passenger compartment and remove it.
