Removing Pdcc Control Unit

Information 

  1. Unscrew screw -1-  and remove ground lines -2-  .

    Disconnecting ground lines

    Information 

    Observe specified sequence for disconnecting the electric plug connections.

    Sequence corresponds to the numbers (1-5).

  2. Release and disconnect electric plug connections -1-  and -2-  (-arrows-  ).

    Disconnect the electric plug connections

  3. Release and disconnect electric plug connections -3-  to -5-  (-arrows-  ).

    Disconnect the electric plug connections

  4. Only for rear PDCC control unit: 
    1. 4.1 Unclip line bracket -1-  .

      Unclipping line bracket

    2. 4.2 Unscrew screws -1-  and -2-  and remove PDCC control unit -3-  with holder.

      Removing front PDCC control unit with holder

  5. Only for front PDCC control unit: 
    1. 5.1 Unscrew screw -1-  and screw off nuts -2-  .
    2. 5.2 Remove PDCC control unit -3-  with holder.

  6. Unscrew screws -1-  and remove PDCC control unit -2-  from the holder.
