Installing Pdcc Control Unit

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
Information

Before connecting the 48 V connectors, check whether the sealing ring -1- is positioned under the locking lugs -2- in the connectors.

Carefully press the sealing ring back over the locking lugs if necessary.

Tightening torque for screws securing front PDCC control unit to holder: >Tightening torque 5.6 Nm (4 ftlb.)

Tightening torque for plastic nut securing front PDCC control unit holder to body: >Tightening torque 2.5 Nm (1.75 ftlb.)

Tightening torque for nut securing front PDCC control unit holder to adapter holder: >Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)

Tightening torque for screw securing front PDCC control unit holder to body: >Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)

Tightening torque for ground lines on front PDCC control unit: >Tightening torque 5.6 Nm (4 ftlb.)
