Replacing Brake CALLIPER Screws

Information
The brake calliper screws may only be replaced in the event of a complaint (corrosion).
If no complaint is received, the brake calliper screws must not be loosened or unscrewed.
The brake calliper screws must never be replaced for PCCB brakes on the front axle!
- Unscrew outer brake calliper screws -1-
on all four brake callipers using >9909 - socket-wrench insert.
Brake calliper screw on pad retaining pin
- Clean threaded bores using compressed air.
- Tighten outer brake calliper screws -1-
on all four brake callipers using >9768 - electronic torque wrench 2 - 100 Nm (1.5 - 74 ftlb.)
and >9909 - socket-wrench insert.
> Initial tightening 10 Nm (7.4 ftlb.) >Final tightening + 30° + 4°
