Removing Rear Anti-Roll Bar (Pdcc)

Remove protective plate on the rear axle housing bearing -1- on both sides of the vehicle.

Mounting for protective plate
1. 1.1 Unscrew fastening screws -2- .
Disconnect PDCC wire harness at the PDCC control unit (observe specified sequence!).

Sequence for disconnecting the electric plug connections
1. 2.1 Release and disconnect electric plug connections from the PDCC control unit in the sequence -1 to 5- .
Expose PDCC wire harness -1- .

Mounting for PDCC wire harness
1. 3.1 Unscrew fastening screw on the rear axle housing -2- .
2. 3.2 Unscrew fastening screw for ground line -3- .
3. 3.3 Remove PDCC wire harness from the brackets -4- .
Remove protective plate on PDCC actuator -1- .

1. 4.1 Unscrew fastening screws -2- .
Disconnect PDCC wire harness -1- at the rear axle housing.

1. 5.1 Unscrew fastening screw -2- .
Remove anti-roll-bar mount -1- .

1. 6.1 Unscrew fastening screws -2- .
With the help of another person, turn the anti-roll bar alternately -arrow A- to the right and guide it out -arrow B- . Carefully guide out the PDCC wire harness as well.
