Installing Bypass Flap Control Box

Information 

The procedure for removing and installing is described for one side as an example. The procedure for the other side is almost identical.

1. Install control box -1-  .
   1. 1.1 If a new control box is installed:

      Pre-set control rod -5-  to the length of the old control box.

   2. 1.2 Position control box -1-  and tighten nuts -4-  .

      > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) 

   3. 1.3 Clip in new circlip -3-  .
