Installing Pressure Pipe

Information 

• O-rings must always be replaced. 
• O-rings must be coated lightly with Kluber Syntheso Glep. 

1. Install pressure pipe -1-  .
   1. 1.1 Replace O-ring on the pressure pipe -1-  .
   2. 1.2 Tighten screw-type clamp -2-  on the pressure pipe -1-  at the pressure hose -3-  to > Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.) +/- 0.5 Nm (0.3 ftlb.)  .
   3. 1.3 Tighten screw-type clamp -4-  on the connecting hose -5-  at the pressure pipe -1-  to > Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.)  .
   4. 1.4 Tighten screws -6-  to > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)  .
