Secure pressure hoses at the bottom on both sides of the charge-air cooler.
> Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.) +/- 0.5 Nm (0.3 ftlb.)
V8 Turbo only: Install air guide -1- at the radiator frame.
1. 2.1 Position air guide -2- and secure with clips.

Install air-cleaner cowl -1- .

> 242719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING AIR-CLEANER COWL

3.1 Tighten screw-type clamps -3- .

Screw-type clamp securing cowl to air cleaner housing: > Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.5 ftlb.)

Secure intake scoops -1- .

4.1 Connect intake scoops and tighten screw-type clamps -2- .

Screw-type clamp on air box for intake pipe: > Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.)

Intake scoop

Install engine cover.
> 108319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ENGINE COVER (DESIGN COVER) (V8 BITURBO)

> Refer to the appropriate Service Information for Removing and installing engine cover (design cover) (V6 biturbo)
Install engine compartment trim panel.
> WM, 700219 REMOVING AND REINSTALLING FRONT TRIM PANEL (ENGINE COMPARTMENT) - Coupe or WM, 700219 REMOVING AND REINSTALLING FRONT TRIM PANEL (ENGINE COMPARTMENT) - Wagon
Install front wheel housing liners.
> WM, 505619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT WHEEL HOUSING LINER
Install rear cardan shaft.
> 393519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING REAR CARDAN SHAFT
Secure ATF lines to the ATF cooler.
> 386219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING LINE FOR ATF COOLING
Secure air-conditioning lines to the cooler.
> WM, 875019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONDENSER - Coupe or WM, 875019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONDENSER - Wagon
Install exhaust system.
> 260119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING EXHAUST SYSTEM
Fill up coolant.
> 193817 DRAINING AND FILLING COOLANT
Fill in refrigerant.
> WM, 870317 DRAINING AND FILLING REFRIGERANT R1234YF - Coupe or WM, 870317 DRAINING AND FILLING REFRIGERANT R1234YF - Wagon
Check engine oil.
> 170101 CHECKING ENGINE OIL
Connect battery ground strap.
> 270619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING BATTERY

> Tightening torque 6 Nm (4.5 ftlb.)
Fill in ATF.
> 370235 CHECKING AND TOPPING UP ATF
Perform suspension alignment.
> 449503 PERFORMING FRONT AND REAR SUSPENSION ALIGNMENT
Perform a test drive.
After the cooling system has cooled down again, check the engine coolant level in the reservoir and top up to the Maximum mark if necessary.
