Installing Coolant Pump

Information 

• Coat O-rings, hoses and lines in the cooling system with Kluberplus Gel (Part No. 000.043.205.93). 

1. Fit new seals on the coolant pump and on the coolant pipes.
2. Carefully clean the sealing faces.
3. Further installation is performed in reverse order to removal.

   Observe tightening sequence -7 to 1-  for fastening screws -1 to 7-  for the coolant pump -9-  .

   Fastening screws -1 to 7-  for coolant pump -9-  > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)  .

   Fastening screws for coolant pipe over coolant pump -9-  > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)  .

   Fastening screws for coolant pump pulley -9-  > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)  .

   Fastening screws for coolant pipe > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)  .
