Installing Coolant Reservoir

1. 1.1 Push on coolant hose and lock safety clip -2-  on the quick connector.
2. 1.2 Position coolant reservoir -1-  .

Coolant reservoir

1. 2.1 Insert holder into the coolant reservoir.
2. 2.2 Position line bracket and screw on and tighten nut -2-  .

   > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) 

3. 2.3 Position strut -1-  and screw in and tighten new screws -3-  .

   > Initial tightening 20 Nm (15 ftlb.) 

   > Final tightening + 90°

1. 3.1 Screw in and tighten screws on holder -5-  .

   > Tightening torque 8 Nm (6 ftlb.) 

2. 3.2 Push on coolant hose -4-  and tighten spring band clamp -3-  using > VAS 6890 - Spring Band Clamp Pliers  .
3. 3.3 Connect and lock cable plug -2-  .
