Installing Drive Belt For Air-Conditioning Compressor

Routing of drive belt for air-conditioning compressor

1	Vibration damper
2	Tensioning device for drive belt for air-conditioning compressor
3	Air-conditioning compressor
4	Deflection roller

Fit drive belt for air-conditioning compressor.

1.1 Fit drive belt for air-conditioning compressor on the pulleys and align it along the grooves on the pulleys.
1.2 To tension the drive belt, swivel the tensioning device anti-clockwise using a TORX T55 socket wrench -arrow B- . (The tensioning device remains tensioned.)
1.3 Tighten screw -1- .
> Tightening torque 25 Nm (19 ftlb.)

1.4 Check that the drive belt is seated and tensioned correctly.
