Installing Belt TENSIONER (Generator)

Information

Loosen belt tensioner slowly and in a controlled manner because otherwise oil can leak out via the bellows.

Information

Replace screws.

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
Screw in and tighten screw securing belt tensioner (generator) to crankcase (Panamera 4S).

> Initial tightening 8 Nm (6 ftlb.)

> Final tightening + 45°

Screw in and tighten screw securing belt tensioner (generator) to crankcase (Panamera Turbo).

> Tightening torque 32 Nm (24 ftlb.)

> Tightening torque 32 Nm (24 ftlb.)
