Workshop crane and transport frame
- When removing the new engine from the transport frame, it may be necessary to raise the transport frame at the side (at jack or similar) > Workshop crane and transport frame
- When removing the new engine from the transport frame, it may be necessary to safeguard the engine against lateral movement using a second worker und against scratching by covering it with a blanket.
- Lift the engine with a workshop crane.
- 1.1 > 3033 - Lifting tackle must be engaged in the transport eyebolts on the engine. Raise the workshop crane slightly and tension the spindles slightly. The lifting tackle must be adjusted evenly.

- Remove all-wheel final drive.
- Remove engine carrier -2-
at the left and right.
- 3.1 Unscrew screws -1- and remove engine carrier -2- .
