Preliminary Work For Expansion Valve

  1. Drain refrigerant.

    > WM, 870317 DRAINING AND FILLING REFRIGERANT R134A "DRAINING "

  2. Remove wiper arms at the left and right.

    > WM, 924119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WIPER ARM FOR REAR WINDOW WASHER

  3. Remove cowl panel cover.

    > WM, 508719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COWL PANEL COVER

  4. Remove refrigerant line (internal heat exchanger) -8-  from expansion valve to engine connection point -1-  .

    > 874519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COMPRESSOR/EVAPORATOR LINE
