Re-Imprinting Vehicle Identification Number

Information
- Only stamp the vehicle identification number on a cathodic dip-coated sheetmetal part .
- Stamp the vehicle identification number to be replaced using > VAS 6939 - impact set , > VAS 6940 - impact letters and the Porsche star > 9693 - handheld punch in the space provided for this purpose.
- Mask imprinted vehicle identification number.
- Paint using exterior paint.
- Remove the vehicle identification number mark.
- Paint repair area with clear lacquer.
1) Cathodic-dip coating is the primer applied to the sheet metal parts at the factory.
