- Remove front seat frame.
- Remove wire harness for power seats.

- Remove padding for front seat.
- Remove front belt lock.
- Only for USA vehicles (C02):
Remove occupant detection control unit.

- Remove seat-adjustment motor.
- Remove motor for front vertical adjustment.

- Remove motor for rear vertical adjustment.

Remove front seat-surface extension.

- Remove air cushion for seat.
- Disconnect all electric plug connections, tie-wraps and electric lines from the front seat frame.
