Assembling Front Seat Frame

  1. Assemble in reverse order.
  2. Screw in and tighten screws on mounting plate for electric plug connections > Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ftlb.) +/- 0.5 (0.4 ftlb.) % 
  3. Screw in and tighten screws on suction fan holder > Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ftlb.) +/- 0.2 (0.1 ftlb.) % 
  4. Screw in and tighten screws on holder for control unit for memory seat adjustment > Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ftlb.) +/- 0.5 (0.4 ftlb.) % 
  5. Screw in and tighten lower screws on seat bolster > Tightening torque 2 Nm (1.5 ftlb.) +/- 0.1 (0.07 ftlb.) % 
  6. Screw in and tighten upper screws on seat bolster > Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ftlb.) +/- 0.2 (0.1 ftlb.) % 
  7. Screw in and tighten screws on motor for front seat-surface extension > Tightening torque 3 Nm (2 ftlb.) +/- 0.5 (0.4 ftlb.) %
