Installing Pressure Pipe

Information
- O-rings must always be replaced.
- O-rings must be coated lightly with Kluber Syntheso Glep.
- Install pressure pipe -1-

- 1.1 Replace O-ring on the pressure pipe -1- .
- 1.2 Tighten screw-type clamp -2- on the pressure pipe -1- at the pressure hose -3- to > Nm +/- 0.5 Nm (0.3 ftlb.) .
- 1.3 Tighten screw-type clamp -4- on the connecting hose -5- at the pressure pipe -1- to > Tightening torque 3.5 Nm (2.5 ftlb.) .
- 1.4 Tighten screws -6-
to > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.)
