Removing Oil Pump

Information

Be careful of the bushes when removing the oil pump. These can sometimes remain in the metal bead gasket or fall into the engine.
The oil pump must never be re-installed without the bushes.

Use > VAS 6928 - Socket wrench set, 39-piece to loosen the screw on the sprocket.

Remove oil intake tube -1- .
1. 1.1 Unscrew screws -2- .
2. 1.2 Remove oil intake tube -1- .

1. 2.1 Unscrew screws -2- .

1. 3.1 Use > T10172 - counter-hold tool-2- to counter at the sprocket -1- .
2. 3.2 Unscrew screw -3- using > VAS 6928 - Socket wrench set, 39-piece .
3. 3.3 Remove sprocket -1- .
