Installing Brake Master Cylinder

  1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
    1. 1.1 Replace O-ring for brake master cylinder on brake booster.
    2. 1.2 Check that the brake master cylinder actuator is fitted correctly. Screw in screws evenly to prevent tilting.
    3. 1.3 Screws securing brake master cylinder to brake booster >Tightening torque 22 Nm (16 ftlb.)  .
    4. 1.4 Union nuts on brake lines >Tightening torque 18 Nm (13 ftlb.)  .
