Removing Heat EXCHANGER For High-Temperature And Low-Temperature System

  1. Disconnect coolant hoses -1-  .
    1. 1.1 Loosen spring band clamps -2-  using > VAS 6890 - Spring Band Clamp Pliers  .
    2. 1.2 Disconnect coolant hoses -1-  from heat exchanger for high-temperature and low-temperature system -3-  and set them aside.
    3. 1.3 Catch escaping coolant and close off line connections using suitable stoppers.

  2. Remove heat exchanger for high-temperature and low-temperature system -1-  .
    1. 2.1 Unscrew nuts -2-  .
    2. 2.2 Guide heat exchanger for high-temperature and low-temperature system -1-  out of the holder -3-  and remove it.
