Preliminary Work

  1. Remove number plate cover.

    > 668319 REMOVING AND INSTALLING NUMBER PLATE COVER

  2. Only for USA vehicles (C02): 

    Remove side marker light.

    > 945219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING SIDE MARKER LIGHT

  3. Remove front wire harness.

    > 971519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT WIRE HARNESS

  4. Remove hose for headlight cleaning system.

    > 927719 REMOVING AND INSTALLING HOSE FOR HEADLIGHT WASHER SYSTEM

  5. Remove radiator grille.

    > Removing and installing radiator grille 

  6. Remove ParkAssist sensor.

    > 917519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PARKASSIST SENSOR

  7. Remove front camera.

    > WM, 916919 REMOVING AND INSTALLING FRONT CAMERA

  8. Remove control unit for distance measuring sensor.

    > WM, 278519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CONTROL UNIT FOR DISTANCE MEASURING SENSOR

  9. Remove infrared camera.

    > WM, 908019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING INFRARED CAMERA
