Installing Radiator

1. Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:

   Check rubber mountings -1 and 2-  for damage and replace them if necessary.

Rubber mount

Tightening torque for screws securing condenser retaining frame to radiator: > Tightening torque 5 Nm (3.7 ftlb.) 

Tightening torque for screws securing coolant distributor tubes to radiator: > Tightening torque 9 Nm (6.5 ftlb.) 

Tightening torque for clamp securing pressure hose to charge-air cooler: > Tightening torque 5.5 Nm (4 ftlb.) +/- 0.5 Nm (0.3 ftlb.)
