Subsequent Work

Information 

If the component is replaced, perform adaptation using the PIWIS Tester.

1. Install cooling-air flaps.

   > 193519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING COOLING-AIR FLAPS 

2. Perform adaptation. Follow the procedure on the Tester and comply with instructions.
   1. 2.1 Hybrid vehicles: 

      Path: Thermal management control unit --> Maintenance/repairs --> Teach cooling-air flaps

   2. 2.2 Non-Hybrid vehicles: 

      Path: DME control unit --> Maintenance/repairs --> Adaptation
