Underbody Protection

Information: 

• In the case of repair work, the standard chipping protection/undersealing of the body structure must be restored according to the following illustrations after painting and prior to unit assembly  .
• The undersealing can only be applied to primed Sheet Metal  .

1. E  - Front side member → Layer thickness: 1, 000 μm+300 μm

1. F  - Floor section, left & right → Layer thickness: 1, 000 um+300 μm 
2. G  - Bracket, left & right → Layer thickness: 1, 000 um+300 μm 
3. H  - Rear end section reinforcement, left & right → Layer thickness: 1, 000 μm+300 μm 
4. J  - End bracket, left & right → Layer thickness: 1, 000 μm+300 μm 
5. K  - Battery console → Layer thickness: 200 μm+200 μm

1. L  - Closing element, left & right → Layer thickness: 500 μm+200 μm
