Assembly strength

Information
- The object temperature must be above the minimum hardening temperature for the entire specified time period .
- If the minimum hardening temperature could not be reached within the specified time period, the standing time must be increased or additional heat must be applied to the bonded joint .
- If the hardening temperature is significantly less than the minimum hardening temperature, this can cause irreversible damage to the bonded joint. This will have a negative effect on the strength of the bonded joint .
Information
- Once the specified assembly strength has been reached, assembly work can be carried out on the vehicle and the vehicle can be moved in the workshop .
The vehicle must not be moved and assembly work must not be carried out for at least → Hardening time at 23 °C: 1 h after bonding the windows.
The standing time can be shortened by applying heat. The bead of adhesive you pressed out earlier can be used to check whether the adhesive has hardened properly.
