Removing tie rod

  1. Mark the position of the toe eccentric adjuster with respect to the chassis subframe for re-installation.
  2. Unscrew fastening screws -1-  for the tie rod -2-  at the chassis subframe (eccentric screw) and at the wheel bearing housing.
    1. 2.1. Use interchangeable head T40183  for fastening screw on the chassis subframe.
  3. Remove tie rod.
