Subsequent work

  1. Install chain tensioner. → 153619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CHAIN TENSIONER 
  2. Install oil guide housing. → 175019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OIL GUIDE HOUSING
  3. Install oil pan. → 175019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING OIL PAN
  4. Install turbocharger. → 213019 REMOVING AND INSTALLING TURBOCHARGER
  5. Install joint flange on crankshaft sealing ring for pulley. → 137419 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CRANKSHAFT SEALING RING FOR PULLEY/VIBRATION BALANCER
  6. Check the timing and set it if necessary. → 150516 SETTING TIMING FOR CAMSHAFTS 
  7. Install coolant hoses in front of the chain housing cover.
  8. Install drive belt. → 137819 REMOVING AND INSTALLING DRIVE BELT .
  9. Fill in engine oil. → 170117 DRAINING AND FILLING ENGINE OIL (CHANGING ENGINE OIL) .
  10. Install pulley. → 137619 REMOVING AND INSTALLING PULLEY (VIBRATION BALANCER)
  11. Install both cylinder head covers. → 158219 REMOVING AND INSTALLING CYLINDER HEAD COVER 
  12. Install engine and transmission. → 100119 REMOVING AND INSTALLING ENGINE
