Assembly overview - flywheel and double clutch

1	Flywheel
2	Cover on double clutch
3	Screw/observe specified tightening sequence! /replace → Initial tightening: 1 Nm (0.5 ft lb.) → Torque angle: +90° → Final tightening: +10 Nm (+7.5 ft lb.)
4	O-ring/replace
5	Double clutch
6	Transmission housing
7	Thrust washer, installed on certain types.
8	Ball bearing
9	Circlip → always use new circlip following removal.
10	Circlip → always use new circlip following removal.
11	Input shaft sealing ring → always use new sealing ring following removal.
12	Screw/replace → Tightening torque: 60 Nm (44 ft lb.)

Tightening torque and tightening sequence for double clutch cover:

Tighten screws in the sequence -1 - 5- in three steps as follows:

Screw in evenly by hand until the screw head is touching the clutch cover.
Tighten one after the other in → Torque angle: +90° steps until the cover on the double clutch is touching the transmission housing.
Tighten to → Final tightening: +10 Nm (+7.5 ft lb.) .
