Subsequent work

Fit wheel → 440519 REMOVING AND INSTALLING WHEEL .
Perform suspension alignment and make adjustments if necessary → 449503 SUSPENSION ALIGNMENT, COMPLETE .

If installed on the vehicle: Attach new air-guide element to the tie rod.

3.1. Push air-guide element -2- onto the tie-rod ball from the front.
Check the position of the lock nut -3- in the cut-out on the air-guide element -2- .

3.2. Secure the air-guide element with a new clamp.

Check that the clamp locks correctly.

Check that the clamp has locked correctly through the test lugs -1- in the air-guide element -2-
