Installing turbocharger

Information

Tightening torques, tightening sequence and assembly overviews for the engine and transmission:

Group 1: → 1X00IN TECHNICAL VALUES
Group 2: → 2X00IN TECHNICAL VALUES
Group 3: → 3X00IN TECHNICAL VALUES

Information

Replace sealing rings, seals and O-rings.

Installation is performed in reverse order. Pay particular attention to the following:
1. 1.1. Replace O-rings and seals.
2. 1.2. Replace nuts securing exhaust manifold/turbocharger to cylinder head.
3. 1.3. Observe tightening sequence for exhaust manifold/turbocharger.
4. 1.4. Install coolant and oil lines without tension.
