Removing reservoir

→ Avoid contact with hot fluid. → Wear personal protective gear.

Information

Close off open connections and lines using suitable stoppers or caps .

Loosen coolant reservoir -1- .

1.1. Release and disconnect electric connector -2- .

1.2. Unscrew screws.

Disconnect coolant lines at the reservoir.

2.1. Release vent line -1- from the reservoir -2- at the bleeder valve -3- and pull it off.
2.2. Loosen clamp -4- and pull coolant hose -5- off the reservoir -2- .
2.3. Clean up emerging coolant with a cloth.

2.4. Remove reservoir -2- .
