Removing hall-sender rotor

The work steps for the hall-sender rotor and sealing ring are identical

Pull out the crankshaft pulse sender -1- slightly.

Screw extractor tip into the "TDC marking" -4- .

Use the slide hammer kit Nr.168 to knock out the extractor tip -1- together with the hall-sender rotor -2- .

Clean the crankshaft flange.

4.1. The crankshaft flange must not be dirty or rusty.

4.2. If necessary clean with brake cleaner and remove rust with a metal-polishing pad.
