Installing hall-sender rotor

Information
- Check the hall-sender rotor before installing it.
- The hall-sender rotor must not come into contact with a magnet.
- If the hall-sender rotor does come into proximity of a magnet, replace it without exception.
Information
Sealing rings become damaged as a result of improper fitting. Do not oil sealing rings on the running surface and do not pull sealing rings off the plastic sleeve.
- Fit hall-sender rotor to crankshaft flange using the insertion tool 9837 .
- Tighten the screws -2-

- Slide the upper insertion tool 9837 -1- onto the lower insertion tool 9837 .
- Insert the centering pin -2- into the "TDC marking" -1- on the hall-sender rotor.
- Tighten central screw -1-
as far as possible and press in the hall-sender rotor -3-
.
- Unscrew the insertion tool 9837 central screw.
- Slide the crankshaft pulse sender -1-
onto the hall-sender rotor -2-
