Removing starter

  1. Loosen screws on the rear cable guide. → Rear cable guide

  2. Screw off fastening nuts -1 and 2-  on the electric connections at the starter.
  3. Remove electric connections -3 and 4-  .

  4. Unscrew and remove fastening screws -2-  on the cable duct.

  5. Disconnect connectors for injectors -1-  on cylinder bank 1.
  6. Release connector on the rear knock sensor for cylinder bank 1 -1-  and disconnect it.

  7. Carefully hold the cable duct to one side.
  8. Unscrew and remove fastening screws -1-  on the starter.

  9. Remove starter.
